Find Your Flow: 5 Best YouTube Yoga Channels

Looking for a great online yoga flow to follow? I’ve got you covered with my top five favorite YouTube channels that I use all the time.

Each of these channels offers a variety of flows at different lengths and ability levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something for everyone.

Tana Yoga is my go-to for any type of flow. Her YouTube channel is packed with free options, and you can also subscribe to her website for longer sessions. Tana’s soothing voice and clear instructions, without background music, make her flows both relaxing and effective. She offers everything from slow, stretch-focused sessions to dynamic, unique sequences.

For a challenging, strength-focused practice, breathe and flow is  perfect. This channel’s intermediate to advanced flows are ideal for building muscle and pushing your limits. The instructor’s strength and expertise shine through in every video.

Move with Nicole combines yoga and Pilates in her beautifully filmed sessions. Her variety of short to mid-length flows caters to different levels and abilities. Nicole’s well-spoken guidance and aesthetically pleasing videos always leave me feeling accomplished.

Though I use them less frequently, Charlie Follows and Yoga with Adriene are also excellent. Yoga with Adriene offers specific flows, like a back and hip opener that recently alleviated my lower back and hip pain. Charlie Follows has a wide range of enjoyable workouts, flows, perfect for mixing things up.

YouTube is an abundant resource of workouts, knowledge, and information, making yoga incredibly accessible. This is especially great for those of us who love to travel, as you can practice yoga anytime, anywhere. While practicing online isn’t quite the same as attending a studio class or a hot yoga session with others, it can still be deeply satisfying and rewarding. Completing a flow at home—or on the road—helps build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mental stability.

I highly recommend trying these channels to find what works best for you. If you have any other yoga channels you love, I’d love to hear about them—I’m always open to discovering new flows and instructors!
