The Best Travel Company in Egypt

I recently had the pleasure of traveling around the magnificent country of Egypt and not only did I get to explore it myself, but I also had the opportunity to lead a yoga retreat and group trip through the country for ten days. I have traveled to almost 40 countries and worked with many different travel companies over the years. I have joined group trips, planned my own itineraries, and done countless multi day detours with different agencies. One thing I have learned is that the company you travel with makes a massive difference in your experience.

Whether you are simply a guest or someone working with a company, your entire journey is shaped by how you are treated, how organized the trip is, and the overall energy of the people around you. I have had companies that made an average destination feel incredible, and I have also had companies that completely ruined places that should have been amazing. The way a company treats you as a human, not just a customer or an employee, changes everything.

With that being said, my experience in Egypt was the best experience I have ever had with a travel company. Not just for me, but also based on what every single guest on the trip shared with me afterward. That is why I am here to explain why I genuinely believe Stamps Tours is one of the best companies to travel with in Egypt and the Middle East.

I first heard about Stamps Tours a few years ago from an Egyptian woman I met while traveling through Asia. She spoke so highly of them and recommended them for travel through Morocco, Egypt, and other parts of the region. I followed them for a long time before eventually reaching out about running a yoga retreat and group trip through Egypt. Egypt had always been a huge dream of mine, but I was also realistic about the challenges. The logistics, the transportation, the language barrier, and the general uncertainty made me hesitant to go completely on my own.

From the moment I started working with Stamps, about six months before the trip, I felt supported in a way I rarely experience while traveling. Every person on their team offered something different. Some helped with planning and logistics, some helped with communication and resources, and others helped with the structure of the itinerary. They were involved in every step and made sure both I and my guests felt prepared and confident. Nothing ever felt rushed or chaotic, which is rare when planning a group trip in a country like Egypt.

Stamps is based in Egypt and has deep roots there, but they also run trips throughout the Middle East and beyond. Morocco, the UAE, Greece, Croatia, and their yacht experiences through Stamps Yachting. What stood out to me the most is how knowledgeable every single staff member is, not just about their own country, but about travel in general. Hotels, transportation, food, cultural etiquette, experiences, and safety. I have never felt so taken care of while traveling. Even before I landed, I already felt calm and supported. When I finally arrived in Cairo and met them in person, I knew I had made the right decision.

I landed stressed, exhausted, and without my luggage. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I felt held. They helped me immediately, reassured me, and made sure everything was taken care of. It did not feel like I was meeting a company. It felt like I was meeting people who genuinely cared about me as a person. From that moment on, I felt like I had joined a little family in Egypt.

As the trip went on, my experience with them only got better. The staff took the time to connect with every single guest, not just me as the organizer. They were present, warm, and genuinely involved in the group. They laughed with us, shared stories, and created such an easy and relaxed environment. It never felt transactional or forced. By the end of the trip, every person felt like the staff were close friends. That kind of connection is rare, especially on group tours, and it completely changed the dynamic of the experience.

But it was not just about the people. The way the trip was designed was honestly perfect. The balance between adventure and rest, exploration and reflection, movement and stillness. The accommodations were stunning and thoughtfully chosen. Each place felt intentional, comfortable, and peaceful. The food was incredible and they handled dietary needs with so much care and attention. Nothing ever felt overlooked.

The experiences themselves were beyond anything I expected. Cairo was unforgettable. The pyramids, the museum, and the special moments they surprised us with throughout the day made it feel deeply personal and meaningful. The desert experience was one of the highlights of my entire life. It was something I will carry with me forever. The way it was organized, the atmosphere, the timing, and the intention behind it made it so much more than just another tour.

Then we went to El Gouna where everything slowed down in the most beautiful way. The boats, the water, the final days together as a group. It felt like the perfect closing chapter to such an intense and powerful journey. We had created such a strong sense of connection by that point that being able to simply relax together made it even more special.

Even the smallest details were handled with care. From airport pickups and visa assistance to making sure everyone got home safely, even after the trip officially ended. For guests who stayed longer, they still had staff bringing them to the airport. That level of responsibility and follow through is something I had never experienced before. As someone who usually travels alone and figures everything out myself, this kind of support was incredibly meaningful.

From the experiences to the staff to the overall energy, this was truly the best travel company I have ever worked with. I have never felt so aligned with a company’s values, intentions, and way of operating. It did not feel like tourism. It felt like being guided through a country by people who genuinely love it and want you to experience it fully and respectfully.

Stamps offers everything from day trips to full multi day journeys, private itineraries, group trips, retreats, and even support for things like weddings and honeymoons. Whether you are traveling solo or with a group, they can handle the logistics in a way that lets you actually enjoy being present. Egypt is not the easiest country to navigate on your own, and having a team like this completely changes the experience.

I truly hope to keep working with Stamps for a long time. This trip helped me grow so much as a yoga teacher, a creator, and a traveler. It deepened my connection to Egypt and reminded me how powerful travel can be when it is done with care, respect, and intention. I am currently planning future retreats and group trips with them in other countries, and I cannot wait to share what is coming next.

If Egypt or the Middle East has ever been on your list, I genuinely could not recommend Stamps Tours more. And if you are interested in possibly joining me on a future group trip or yoga retreat, I will be sharing everything on my Instagram @LivFranzman. I would love to travel with you.
